Our rates always include a fully prepared breakfast, usually consisting of bacon, eggs, toast, jams/jellies, hot drinks, juice; there is no tax required. All rates are due in cash at time of check-in. 

Please have your credit card information ready to reserve your room(s) when calling. (One may also mail a deposit check for $50.00, payable to "Heather Mundell".) 

There is a bathroom upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. If one requires a roll-away bed in their room, there is an additional price of $10.00 per night. Fridge can be used to store beer & wine.
